Manage AIA billing system to provide a standardized method of submitting job related paperwork for contracts and as per client specific requirements to be paid for work performed on a construction project.
Manage Earned value Tracker to constantly review performance through periodic and meaningful cost and schedule performance information improves the delivery of projects. Also increasing the focus and understanding of status against schedule and budget goals throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare prime contractor certified payroll based upon review of dailies and time sheet, co-ordinate and review sub contractor certified payroll.
Prepare the As built drawings as per the design briefing and specifications integrating all the services.
